I have been in the ocean all my life, an interesting thing is that no one in my family does any type of water sports!

The water is my habitat, I transform myself when I’m in the water and surfing is the way that I express myself. I have been a professional surfer for several years and nowadays I’m a professional surf coach. I love teaching and sharing my knowledge so others can enjoy surfing, understand the ocean and be safe in the water while practicing such an amazing sport that connects us to nature.

What Do I Need to Bring to My Lesson?

Getting ready for your surf lesson in Ericeira? Here’s a checklist of essentials to ensure you have everything you need for a fantastic time on the waves:

  1. Swimsuit: Wear a comfortable swimsuit that fits well under a wetsuit.

Your safety is my priority. If conditions are not suitable for surfing, I will reschedule your lesson for another time.

What Is the Minimum Age for Surf Lessons?

I welcome aspiring surfers of all ages! However, to ensure safety and provide the best possible experience for smaller kids, I will only do private lessons or recommend a family member to be with us in the water.

Do I Have to Know How to Swim?

No, the first beginner surf lessons are in shallow and easy water where you are able to stand.

What Payment Do You Accept?
